Asylum Seekers in Europe (EASO)

The European Asylum Support Office (EASO) publishes an annual report on the situation of asylum seekers in Europe . The report compiles numerous data, including the number of first time applicants for asylum, applications and decision data, country of arrival, sex and age of applicants, length of proceedings and final decisions and more.

Presented in an interactive way, data provided in the report make it possible to identify the main evolutions of the European migration policy.

EASO also provides an in-depth statistical analysis of the top 4 countries from which asylum applications for Europe originate, and presents the main political and legislative developments that took place during the year in the field of asylum.
